We had our 3rd membership committee meeting today at Chilli's in Altamonte. Six things that happened with Doterati during week 6:

1. We held our first official board meeting on 6.12.08. During that meeting we approved the articles of incorporation and began reviewing bylaws, budget and organizational structure.
2. We submitted the necessary paperwork to secure our 501c3, non-profit status. The approved articles were part of what was required to file.
