:: JOB SUMMARY ::
The Database Architect and Administrator’s primary responsibilities are the design, development and on-going maintenance of all databases, as well as, analysis, reporting and order fulfillment.
Duties also includes developing reporting methodologies for tracking, identifying and solving problems, interpreting and presenting program results and insights, and ultimately working towards the development of a data-driven analysis approach for our clients.
This position requires an individual that can manage multiple tasks at once and independently manage their own time. This person must be intellectually curious, be adept in database and dashboarding technologies, have the ability to mine and analyze data in order to answer complex questions an solve business problems as well as the ability to clearly communicate findings.
:: Specific Responsibilities ::
- Analysis & Reporting
- Design and implement custom interactive reports
- Analyze and identify key insights in relation to overall objectives of maximizing Marketing ROI
- Create and present insights gleaned from performance and syndicated data to internal teams and clients
- Analyze data to gain understanding of trends, behaviors and relationships
- Implementation and order fulfillment
- Develop and execute processes for accurate data capture across all assigned campaign projects
- Develop and manage performance, integrity and security of databases, scheduled packages, backup and recovery plans
- Strategic Planning
- Working with the marketing and sales team to determine optimal metrics for developing insights into campaign effectiveness
- Understand, translate, and provide POV for new sources/vendors/ opportunities for data collection
:: Qualifications ::
- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study
- At least two years of relevant field work experience
- Experience working with media and/or marketing data is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge and experience with regard to advanced statistics and modeling is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

- Experience with database tools and data management: Such as SQL Server, ORACLE, SAS, SPSS, DB2, Terra Data, MS Access, Excel PivotTables
- Reporting and analysis experience

- Understands and can meet deadlines
- Ability to manage projects effectively, with limited direction

:: Location and Compensation ::
- This is a full-time position in our Orlando, FL office.
