Here are my meeting minutes that I have turned over to the board.

Doterati Membership Meeting
Location: Rasmussen College Offices
Date: June 9, 2008
Time: 8:00am

Attendance:

- Peter Scott
- Dan Kinchen
- Gregg Rollet
- Mark Krupinski
- Renee Menkova
- Robert Dempsey

Discussion:

- Mark distributed a site map of the potential new site.
- Mark presented on the different sections of the site.
- Peter distributed projected revenues, expenses and a summary.
- Peter went over the revenues, expenses and the summary.
- Robert explained his role in sponsorships.
- Renee went over ideas on education.
- We discussed the free membership level concept.
- We discussed the "Founding Sponsors" idea and looking at working it into memberships.
- We talked about the possibility of ensuring that all entities come in at a membership or sponsorship level to make sure that not one entity is favored.
- We talked about membership recruitment issues with the local active online tech community in regards to organizational transparency.
- We discussed membership fees and levels of membership.

Please come to the focus group, to help discuss our membership issues further which would be the appropriate place for further discussion.

I'd love to see those documents posted here with the meeting minutes - if there's a design, even a mock-up, those of us who are getting in the habit of checking this site every day might have something to share.
