Prior to my tenure in the recruitment solutions and technology industry, I was a PeopleSoft HRIS consultant interfacing with major corporations to integrate the software’s Benefits Administration and Payroll modules. This was a natural outflow of my previous role as Director of Human Resources for Fairfield Mortgage Corporation.
My vast background in the Human Resources field includes hands-on experience developing benchmark recruiting strategies, implementing all benefits programs, and administering/maintaining compliance with Federal COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, and EEO regulations. My experience encompasses all aspects of employee relations, payroll administration and high-level company communications. I have a practical understanding of the inner workings of the HR function, the ability to identify workforce issues and develop strategic positive time-proven solutions to address them.
