About Me:

Scott Toncray specializes in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy and has over ten years experience leading organizations in research, planning, implementation and evaluation of marcom campaigns. Extensive training and experience in working in crisis communications includes working with media during Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in Gulfport and Biloxi. He is currently developing a social media strategy.
