Sr. Business Process Manager (BPM)
Lead the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team managing, maintaining, supporting, and deploying out-of-the box and custom Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) solutions from Collaboration, Portal, Content Management, Search, InfoPath forms and Business Intelligence, Web parts and features for our company’s $9B real estate development portfolio intranet, extranet and internet platforms.
Create and develop solutions such as Business Process Improvement in InfoPath, Custom and OOTB Workflows using the API and SharePoint Designer, Business Intelligence dashboard from diverse data source (web services, xml, SQL, server, different LOB), SSRS Reports, Excel Services, Custom search and page results, Custom and OOTB content types, page branding and customization, Office 2007 integration.
Create and brand SharePoint sites and themes; lead, define and enforce governance.
Integrate SQL Server Reporting Services in SharePoint and issue interactive reports with Report Builder
Extensive experience managing and supporting SharePoint Portal Server 2003/2007 environments, developing, deploying and implementing solutions using OOTB and Custom Web Parts and branding (look and feel) of SharePoint site definitions and templates (intranet, extranet and internet).
Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions using SharePoint to automate business processes and business workflows using InfoPath Forms, MOSS, SharePoint designer and VS.Net.
Extensive experience with SharePoint 03/07, IIS, ASP.Net, supporting infrastructure components and an in-depth understanding of Web based technologies and web services.
Extensive Business Requirements gathering skills working with different level of management and staff to determine best implementation solution options such out-of-the-box vs custom solution.
Work closely with executive management to better leverage information, to respond quickly to opportunities, to achieve high rates of return on investment (ROI) and to coordinate changes in scope, time or activities between various business units and IT.
Work well within a team environment and, with exceptional oral and written communication skills
Serve on the Marketing Management Technologies board to define, select and integrate marketing management tools and resources, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google analytics, Dynamic Pricing, Online pricing to instantly respond to market fluctuations.
